Liv provided expectional service... I was lit @ 11 in da am. I had a very simple bagel 😋, and it hit. Prices reasonable, drinks strong enough, and food is right.

Love Sir Walter Coffee! First time at this location and it did not disappoint! Great customer service and the coffee is delicious. Their avocado toast and lox bagel is also very good. We will be back! Thanks!

The pumpkin cheesecake cold foam cold brew was the actual love of my life while it was on the fall menu. I talked about it to anyone who would listen and I'm so sad it's gone! I was introduced to Sir Walter about two months ago by my partner who's lived in Raleigh for a lot longer than I have and I'm so glad he brought me here! I'm excited to try all of their seasonal menus, but I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for next fall in hopes that the best drink of all time will return.

I went to this location to grab a quick snack and honestly, I left pissed off. I ordered a yogurt parfait and a side of bacon. The bacon was fine, but the “yogurt” parfait? Absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t yogurt, it tasted like straight-up cream cheese, or worse, expired yogurt. It was thick, chunky, and nasty. Completely NASTY! I went back to the counter to ask if I was given the wrong item or made a mistake while ordering - the glass definitely said YOGURT! The young lady at the register insisted she’d get me another one. I explained that the texture was way off and showed her. She went to the back, came out, and told me it was “whipped yogurt.” Are you kidding me? I’ve had whipped yogurt before, and this wasn’t even close. It was straight garbage. And then to top it off, she didn’t offer a refund or even a different item, just looked at me and said, “Do you want it back?” If a customer is literally telling you the food is nasty, why would you not offer to make it right? I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just took the thing and threw it in the trash on my way out. That’s $7 straight down the drain. This isn’t even my first bad experience here. An absolute Raleigh Landmark ~ top tier ~ two locations, this one on Fayetteville St., very convenient to everything and the second location also convenient at 145 E. Davies St, great downtown location both. From the jump, great coffee bar menu, great and varied food menus daily, full bar and the atmosphere is a real ‘heater for the win’ … never misses … so if you haven’t visited already … NOW IS THE TIME !!
